Dragon Asphalt Limited has applied for a new environmental permit from Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to operate an installation which coats road stone with bitumen at land off Engine Street, Oldbury, B69 4NL. The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.
