A Design Code is a planning document that includes a set of design requirements for the physical development of an area. It will include a review and replacement of our existing Residential Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document.   • Consultation on Sandwell Council's Scrap Metal Policy

    Sandwell Council's proposed Scrap Metal Policy outlines the requirements of the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013, it aims to set out how the council will undertake its role in the administration and enforcement of the Act. The policy will provide guidance to new applicants and set out requirements for existing licence holders. Once published the Council will review the policy every three years. More
