Romanian Migrant Communities in Sandwell – Needs Assessment Survey

Overview

The Sandwell Public Health Team is undertaking a needs assessment to gain a deeper understanding of the health inequalities that the Romanian community in Sandwell experience.

As part of our research into the health needs of the Romanian community in Sandwell, we would like to complete this survey with you. You do not have to do this in order to receive help from organisations currently supporting you, but the questions have been designed to help understand your health needs to access these services, your experiences of them so far and what additional local information and support the Romanian migrant community might require. Your response will help us to understand Romanian migrants’ experiences of different services in Sandwell and help us to reduce health inequalities.

• Your response to this survey will be kept anonymous and will be confidential.
• We are not asking for information that would enable you to be identified from the answers which you give.
• You do not have to answer any questions which you do not feel comfortable answering or those which do not apply.
