Physical activity questionnaire for veterans / army reserves, and their family members
Overview
Sandwell Public Health is committed to understanding and addressing the unique needs of individuals who are currently serving or have served in the armed forces, as well as their families. To better support this community, we have launched a focused survey aimed at exploring key aspects of physical activity and mental well-being.
This survey seeks to gather valuable insights into the physical and mental health experiences of our armed forces community. By understanding the levels of physical activity and the state of mental well-being among veterans, active service members, and their families, we aim to identify the specific needs and challenges they face. The feedback collected will play a crucial role in shaping future services and ensuring they are effectively tailored to promote the overall health and well-being of our armed forces community.
