Sandwell Council's Housing Solutions Service is constantly striving to improve the service we provide to you. This includes how easy it is to find information on how we can help and how to contact us for help, right the way through to homelessness support, bidding on properties and securing a tenancy.

To understand how well we are doing and what we may need to improve, we have introduces a simple feedback form. This will take less than 2 minutes to complete and will help us improve our service.
