Managing Litter in Sandwell

Overview

Sandwell Council is developing a new litter bin strategy to help reduce littering and improve the local environment.  The strategy will cover the whole borough including Oldbury, Rowley Regis and Smethwick in the south, and Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich in the north.
