Consultation on Sandwell Council's Statement of Licensing Policy
Overview
Every five years, Sandwell Council must publish a Statement of Licensing Policy with respect to the exercising of our licensing functions.
Why your views matter
The Licensing Authority is required to consult with its stakeholders and other interested parties on its published statement of licensing policy as required by the Licensing Act 2003.
We are keen to receive any comments which you may have so that we can ensure that the policy is fair and reasonable, balancing the interests of local people against the wider benefits to the community as a whole.
